**Please read below calendar for class policies**

Registration: Classes are limited to 4 students, so please sign up in advance. Payment is required to reserve your space.  Please note the date of the first session of the class you wish to attend and register for that day - we are unable to offer refunds for enrolling in a class that has already started. Paid classes are redeemable ONLY for the session(s) for which you are registered and are non-transferrable. 

Cancellation: Full refunds are available If notification of cancellation by a student is provided at least 7 days prior to the first class session. Cancellation by a student made between 7 days and 48 hours before the the first class session are entitled to a refund of 50% of the class fee. If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation by a student is given, class fees are non-refundable. *These policies only apply to the regular classes. NOT to the summer camp programs. Because the camps are more intensive and limited, we cannot offer any type of refund* Paid classes are redeemable ONLY for the session(s) for which you are registered and are non transferrable. There are no makeup sessions for missed classes.

Age Requirements: Currently, you must be at least 18 to attend a class. I hope to introduce kids and teen classes soon. In the meantime, if anyone under 18 wants to learn to sew, no problem!  Call or email the shop and we can schedule that as a private class, group (if you have a few teens or kids that want to do one) or one on one! 

If a class is canceled by Mercer's, any and all enrolled students will receive a full refund. Class WILL be canceled if only one person signs up. 

Sewing machines are provided for each student. Materials are not included unless otherwise noted.
